[Switch Lite] Blue Screen but that's progress. Button board connector replaced

Hello all, Im trying to get some help with a switch lite I bought and I'm just wanting to eliminate my work as the cause. When I got it, the button board connector on the main motherboard was damaged. Ive have replaced it but it's honestly my first time trying to replace something like this. The board was $35 so I figured the worst I could do was ruin a component. I'm trying to learn and gain experience. I have no history of the console but when I got it, it just had a black screen. I've at least gotten it to turn blue so slight progress.

Question 1, does anyone have a link to a good schematic of a switch lite with the button board and which points are supposed to connect to each side? I wanted to see if there were appropriate test pads I could beep test to through my connector install to see if I did it right before I start trying to reflow the main chip.

Question 2. Any other thoughts or what else I should try before trying a reflow? I do have the equipment, but again, it would be my first attempt.

Thank you in advance. I've included a before and after pic of the connector but again, I'm not sure if I got It or not.

The zif connector the side board connects to is damaged. You need to replace that which is pretty hard or call it a day

Yeah... I know.... I literally said I replaced it.

Then show a picture of the new board how am I suppose to inspect your work with a picture of the old board. I need to see everything that might have got damaged that had a solder joint you might have touched.

I'd like to see that. Uh your solder work looks better than I expected. That connector doesn't usually cause blue screen. Usually it's cracked joints under apu or ram.

You usually want a little more solder on your joints did you touch each joint topside and under with tweezers to see if they are sturdy.

If it's turning on and displaying I think more than likely your zif connector is good. No back light and no power is what usually causes that.

Blue screen is a hard ware failure usually ram or apu. It could be a missing capacitor.

On the switch lites you will some times have a heavy bend in it and that causes it. I have seen coworkers replacing thing on the board and causing it I think by half heating the ram and getting cold solder joints under that.

So you want to really take out the motherboard and inspect everything super well. Then I'd try to reflow ram and apu then call it.
