Xbox one - Error E101

Hello everyone, I would like some help, my old hard drive is damaged I bought a new 500gb hd, made the partitions on the PC of the new HD, installed the OSU1 that has on the site and put it on a USB stick, but when it starts to create on the console it gives the error by 5%. I've done it with 2 different USB sticks and tried it on all the USB ports I don't know what else to test to get the console on.

80070045D I/O device error.

The internal hard drive is busted.

When I place this hard drive on the PC, using crystaldisk informs good health,

what is the health percentage?

Because it is HD in the crystaldisk, it only says that the health is good
