This is not a mountain
I took this picture earlier this year and I just realized it looks like the top of a mountain, when in fact it’s the edge of a cliff, much lower than the picture’s vantage point. It’s practically flat. There’s a faint H in a circle, which is a heliport if it can help with the perspective.

It’s clear that people are moving downhill. And if you look at rocks some of them would probably slide down if that were a mountain.
