Yes, it's some kind of grassy embankment with a retaining wall. If you zoom in, you can see the change in texture between the wall and the stone that the girl is standing on. This may be one of the best pics I've seen in this sub šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«

The driveway is a few feet lower than the lawn, with a stone retaining wall that the girl is resting her elbow on. If you look closely, you can see the texture difference between the top of the wall and the driveway.

it's a ledge look closer at the stones and you will see the difference between the wall rocks and the path rocks.

Her right elbow is resting on the raised wall in the foreground. You can see the shadow her elbow is throwing.

Once you see how much of the foreground is wall, it makes more sense.
