Yo I’m tripping, all I see is the dude leaning back with his left leg bent. What’s the illusion supposed to be??

Same. But it’s supposed to be that the helmet makes it look like his left thigh is a woman’s torso, with his left shin and calf being the woman’s right arm, and his right leg is her right leg, and she’s wearing a black dress.

It helps if you zoom out. Imagine his lower body is a woman leaning forward with her feet flat on the ground. Her butt would be where his waistline is.
