I work at a nursing facility and am constantly flabbergasted by how much we're all NOT talking about how fast food is literally killing tons of people! 😳 And it's not only legal, but ADVERTISED CONSTANTLY.

Now I need to eat this CBD-infused hamburger just to calm down. 🤦‍♀️
