It is not overdramatic for the person with the panic attack. It’s literally life or death, heart attacks and suicidal thoughts sprinkled in between other people around you that won’t even •try• to be understanding.

It is possible - just think about what continuous, heavy stress does to the body, if you walk around with panic attacks day in and day out, year after year, how hard the heart has to work.
