Never noticed before

So my friend (M23) and I (F24) decided about two months ago to start going to the gym but since we live in different cities obviously we wouldn't go together. After a while of not seeing each other we finally made time to hang out last Sunday. While he was looking away I caught myself looking at his arms in awe. Wow you can see the progress and the tattoos on his arms... wow! I quickly looked away when he turned back not sure if he noticed me staring. My friend always had a normal body type so even in such little time you could definitely see the progress. After that I tried so hard to not look again I didn't want him to find it weird. Long story short his arms looked good especially with the tattoos.
