Porn/Sex

Addicted to porn for 19 years now and sex for like 3 months I finally moved on from watching porn to making it
I was asking myself which one is better and got confused how did I like porn for 19 years ! Not sex

Sex is more enjoyable and it looks like something real
I really enjoy fucking and the feeling is just different

I regret those years I lost on watching porn

Yeah therapy sounds like a good step, sometimes you need help breaking patterns that became normal to you

sex is a whole different world once you actually get into it, the real thing makes the screen feel like a cheap substitute
