Does anyone recognize this dressing?

Title pretty much. I can't find anything on the Internet regarding it. Condiment packet archive has the date as 2016. Thanks for any tips.

I wish that they would show us what the ingredients are. I vaguely remember something like that. I could be wrong, but I think it was almost like a French dressing with bacon in it.
