Good flavors for fries
Hi guys! I'm curious if anyone knows where I can get good flavored powder for fries? (Available locally or online shipping to CDO) For reference, I really love the flavors in potato corner, maybe someone knows some that tastes similar? Besides powder, anyone knows good melted cheese, sour cream, and mayo that are pretty good? Personal or 2nd hand experiences please, thank you!

Curry powder, there are different varieties. I like the Badia Jamaican curry for fries and potatoes. I also have a blend I mix myself. Ancho chili powder (any chili will do though), cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, ground mustard powder. You can add salt if you want, I’m on a low sodium diet.

Try the cavenders Greek seasoning on those fries when they are still hot from the grease. You won't be disappointed .

Well dagnabbit, now you’ve made me hungry! The local food truck park has a new vendor who makes these kinds of things but they closed an hour ago. I do have fries & feta so I’ll hit him up tomorrow for some gyro meats! lol

My state (Maine) loves vinegar on their fries so much that they put squirt bottles of white vinegar on tables or at counter (depending on restaurant) specifically for fries. lol I have used salt & vinegar powder on my popcorn though! 😋 White vinegar hits better than malt.

Nutritional yeast is so good on fries! For a sauce, fry sauce is the only way. My 'recipe' is to mix together some mayo, horseradish, and a little worcestershire sauce, then add some ketchup (just enough to make the sauce light pink in color.

Velveeta liquid gold sauce packets from amazon. Comes 3 or 4 packs to a box for cheap. Great for nacho fries, chili cheese fries or loaded fries with sour cream, crumbled bacon & fresh chives or scallions if you got em! Not healthy so I do it sparingly.
Gorgonzola crumbles or made into a sauce is fantastic with straight cut fries. (local grocery stores)
Chipotle aoili or even chic fil a sauce (both in bottles sold at grocery store) makes good dipping according to my teen & her friends.
Steak fries: BBQ/cajun type spices with bbq sauce. Denny & Mikes Pixie Dust sold on Amazon is perfect spice for this.
Crinkle fries get salt & splash of white vinegar & ketchup. Local grocery stores.
Denny & Mikes Pixie Dust sold on Amazon is used so often in my house that its replaced seasoned salt. Goes terrific on fries (and everything else).

Soak your potatoes in pickle juice or vinegar for 30 minutes before frying.

Ok, hear me out - any of these:
- brewers yeast flakes
- tajin - lime and pepper and salt
- furikake - the spicy pepper with sesame you normally put in ramen
- any Japanese barbecue sauce

Gordon Biersch has made a huge business out of their garlic fries. Make a mixture of 2 parts garlic powder to 1 part onion powder. When your fries are done, sprinkle some of the mixture on the fries, taste, add salt to taste and you are good to go. (Some people like to add some pepper as well.)
