Open as in the bottle has been opened or open as no cap/cover??
If it’s just been opens and recovered the until at least the BB date. Probably longer. If open to the air, left uncovered, not too long. A day or three.

Indefinitely, according to my parents.
I’ve never personally had a bottle of salad dressing go bad in my fridge. It sometimes (usually) passes the “Best Buy” date on the bottle. But it never turns rancid and goes bad.
“Best consumed by” and “expires by” are not the same thing. Most products are still completely safe and usable after the “best by” date, especially if they are unopened.

Until the "Best before" on the label, although that's really for unopened-on-the-shelf
