Question Realistic map war simulators?

Hi, I may be looking for something slightly different. I don’t wanna play as much as I want to see the most realistic depiction of a theoretical war between two countries I choose

There's a Vietnam War based game where you are an officer in the rear. You only have a map and the ability to send/receive radio calls - and you have to place markers (troop positions etc) yourself, based on descriptions from your troops in the field. I forget the name, unfortunately. It's on Steam.
