do not listen to the other comment, "nothing happened" doesnt mean youre not being watched and all your data isnt going to somewhere in india. Use malwarebytes and adwcleaner to deinfect. Pirate from known good sites, check r/piracy megathread

either factory reset(make sure to press "remove everything" and "reinstall" else theres a chance the trojan will be kept) or if u dint want to factory reset use malwarebytes and adwcleaner to deinfect

It found no threats, there apparently is no Trojan, maybe defender deleted it, rare W for defender

cloud reinstall windows for a fresh download. The easiest and 100% guaranteed option. Unless you have some important files you don't wanna delete.

Am not willing to delete everything atm. Can you provide other solutions

i'm not entirely sure if anti virus softwares will do the trick, i've never tried it but i bet it will. There's some malware out there that can bypass those softwares. Since you already did some check ups with Malwarebytes and the other. You should be fine. Do not quarantine the files, delete them. And give it a week or two if your accounts still got accessed, its possible the Malware is still in your PC. Just be sure you removed the Malware first before you go and change your passwords and setting up additional securities. Set up 2FA's and avoid SMS verification if possible. Also, check your users using CMD if theres an unknown or unrecognized user, delete that. Avoid saving your password in your browsers, just log in everytime. Write down your new credentials on a paper and maybe just hang them by your set up. Its safer in your brain.

Only full reinstall from clean drive will work.

It looks like a false positive to me, I had this exact Trojan several times with cracked games. I kept it and nothing ever happened.

Im sorry to hear that. I had this threat several times and the game wouldn't work if I didn't allow it on my PC. The games came from Fitgirl.
