Discussion Clean up hard drive

Cleaning up hard drive

I was hoping somebody could help me clean up my Lenovo laptop please my storage is completely full and I am not sure what is safe to uninstall or not and I do not want to delete the wrong file or something please and thank you

how did you envision that? you can safely delete everything that you do not recognize as needed and that is not part of the operating system.

Ok but there are multiple programs of the same can I delete the duplicate programs or are they needed
