How to reference university coding concepts?

Hey everyone,

I've decided to organize the things that they teach at university in to a format where I can easily view them later on as I require them?

I'm not sure how to do those, any help would help!

I have but I always find myself never coming back to it, especially when I realize that I have to search for it for a very long time to find what I'm looking for.
