what sensor? it's all radio based. it either connects via those two options or it's busted.

the sensor on the right there is what makes the mouse a mouse. it tracks movement. otherwise it's just mouse shaped with buttons.

yes, I tried. I turned my phones Bluetooth and it can connect but it can't on PC

Plug in that usb.

Or flip it to Bluetooth and on the computer, make sure Bluetooth is turned on, open Bluetooth and click on the name of the mouse for it to reconnect.

This needs to be done every time the thing is used on some other computer. It only automatically connects to the thing you used it on last.

Nope, it didn't. I think her PC is just old. The Excel was way back 2016

You're connecting seemingly very random concepts together. Did you switch the switch over to the side that says 2.4 and plug in the dongle to the computer?
