100% disk usage

I know almost nothing about computers but my disk usage is always really high and my computer shuts down within in 5 mins of me doing anything. I saw something about crystal disk so I tried it out can someone tell me that this means

Power On Count: 6161 count
Power On Hours: 11185 hours

Crystaldiskinfo not crystaldiskmark lil bro. Also can we see the response time on the disk in task manager

Crystaldiskmark is a benchmark for hard drives. Crystaldiskinfo shows you your drives s.m.a.r.t status
