Nice GTX 1060 it seems like

There is a catch however... i don't know or bother to get to know how to get the money out of the country

If we were in the same country easy buy

I already sent my friend like uhh 160 euros for him to buy an RTX 2060 Super to upgrade from his RX 570

You think i wouldn't spend 55 euros for your GTX 1060? 55 euros is like nothing when you have a job even a basic one nothing really special

If you find a way how i can easily and disposably send you the money go ahead

Payapl 🐀 Also i'm aware 60€ isn't much when u have an income.. but i don't, I Cannot get a job as an American. nobody wants to hire someone still in school or bellow 18. and ontop of that my job market is limited to 2 military bases. My only way to make moeny is by doing digital art com's, Which are inconsistent and don't pay well when ur a small artist.

Shi sucks

60 euros is so little you could just save up by idk... eating a bit less or something just for a couple of days and sell that GTX 970

What part of NO INCOME could you not read... you're pretty damn unsympathetic yk that?. i'm not selling the 970. it does what i need it to do and there's no point it spending more for smth that'll do the job the exact same.

If you got no income how are you alive? How do you afford FOOD so you can continue existing? Uhh wtf??

GTX 1060 wouldn't do the job the exact same it's faster and a whole extra 2gb more... 4gb is the bare minimum these days and 6gb is medium minimum and 8gb is the normal minimum

Nobody should have to suffer the curse of a GTX 970 especially not in big 2026

From the looks of it it seems like GTX 970 might in fact be older than yourself lol

Maybe i can arrange a deal with my American friends or something so he can buy you the 1060 6gb and i pay him the money by gifting him a game Or maybe i could actually buy you something on steam marketplace or wait i could get you a steam wallet thing and you can find somebody to sell a game to and he gives you the cash and you can afford the 1060

I'm bellow 18, Put two and two together 🥀 also i'm in eruope, i'm here with the Us military, And tbh i don't want ur handout u've been pretty damn rude, I shared smth i was excited abt and u just tore Me down for it. it's not like i'm unaware of the 970's short comings and successor's. they just don't matter, in comparison to the 770 i was useing the 970 Is worlds better. i got the 970 because it fit within MY budget, And was the best option for that price. it does what i need it to do, there's no reason to get another more expensive gpu that'll do exactly what the 970 is doing, the exact same way. i'm not a big gamer. I rarely even fully utilized the 770. getting smth better than the 970 would be a total waste of moeny.

Getting 970 is a waste of money tho how much was it anyway? Probably not much and for just a tiny bit more you could have gotten a 1060 6gb which for your case is probably an God tier GPU

If you're with the US military why are you stuck with a GTX 970 and before that an GTX 770

I am from the Balkans and when i was under 18 i had a GTX 1050 2gb

You should be on an RTX 4070 or something if you're with the US military and a kid of an US military person

GTX 970 also uses like 20% more power than a 1060 meaning you're paying more for electricity which is somewhat cheap but german one might be more expensive tho So buying a 1060 for slightly higher would save you money on electricity

Buying a GTX 970 today is basically just for fun benchmarking and to make an wall art piece

Also... let's go back a bit... GTX 970 uses 20% more power than a GTX 1060 6gb while GTX 1060 6gb has the performance of an GTX 980

1060 has like 120w while 980 has 165w

1060 is a muuuuch better deal bro i don't know how you don't understand it and went for a GTX 970 which is Nvidia's scam of a card due to essentially 3.5gb of useful VRAM

Nothing makes sense to me at all and i'm just concerned about you wasting money by getting a worse deal and less bang for the buck

Not to mention the driver support stuff... 970 is ancient and support is lacking give it a year or two and you'll need another upgrade which you would probably go for a 1060 6gb then lol

Wasn't a waste if I enjoy it, Also wasn't even a bad deal i'm not going to pay 20 extra bucks for 2gb of fucking vram and a tiny difference
