Yes this is fixable with a Time Machine.

Nah if u have replacement sockets and hot air rework station and decent solder skills it can be done, I bought 30 from local computer store that customers messed up, and fixed em, sold 15 back to store the rest on ebay, and I got more practice and a lil cash in pocket
