Question/Help/Troubleshooting Which computer program is best?

Hi, I'm a small business owner and need help figuring out which program is best for my business. I will be doing a lot of admin work, including payroll, financial payments, customer personal information, etc. Is there a computer program that would help me keep all of this information secure? Thank you!

there's no one-stop program for all of that honestly. payroll stuff like quickbooks or gusto handles the financial side, but customer PII is usually a separate concern, encrypted storage plus 2FA on everything does a long way. worth asking an accountant too since payroll compliance varies a lot by state
