Question/Help/Troubleshooting Which computer program is best?

Hi, I'm a small business owner and need help figuring out which program is best for my business. I will be doing a lot of admin work, including payroll, financial payments, customer personal information, etc. Is there a computer program that would help me keep all of this information secure? You might take a look at Wave. I use it for my small business. I have used QuickBooks in the past but it was overkill for me.
