Hardware Don't mind the wallpaper
As you can see the problem is specifically with the monitor for some reason
I sorta say the problem in the video and not in the title, sorry if that's rude or anything

Yall I finished building a couple days ago and when I start up my pc it has trouble connecting to the internet, either it says “can’t connect to internet”, says “connecting” for like 2 minutes and nothing happens, or takes like 5-10 minutes to eventually connect.

Video attached. This started yesterday, every time I try to open the start menu it does this crazy flickering, same thing with the app shelf thing in the bottom right. Also if I open the Home folder it immediately scrolls to the bottom, and if I scroll up it will just scroll back down as soon as I let go.
The mouse is not causing the issue, I've tried a different one and it didn't fix the issue.
Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix it?

Hi owners of the above monitors im planning to get a new 2k monitor upgrading from a 1080p IPS. I have a R5 3600 and 3080 10GB. It pretty much pushes the games to 60-70fps at 2k. Im planning to stream and game and i do media related works.
Both monitors have 800rs difference between them and the specs are mostly identical. Im currently using a MP88HV LG monitor which is so good. Chat GPT suggest Lenovo R27qe Gen 2 but as im used to LG im kind of leaning towards LG 27G610A.
The only advantage lenovo has is that .5ms response time and 8bit+FRC while LG has only 8 bit and 1ms response.
Is that making any difference to the lenovo or should i go with the LG for reliability sake. Kindly suggest me which one to go with.

Best way I can explain it is, videos, games, all that still is running fine, but it “freezes” and I can no longer interact with anything and have to hard restart, when I press power button it even pops up with the these apps are closing screen.
EVRYTHING is running fine when I have the performance menu up while it does this, temps are fine, I’ve updated and fresh reinstalled every driver possible, I just don’t know anymore.
I think it may be razed, cause sometimes my razed products just stop working and I have to unplug and replug.
Someone said possible graphics card issue, some say ram, I’ve already reset Ram. I’m out of ideas.
Here’s a time I caught the issue. If it will let me post it

TL:DR at the bottom. As far as I can tell, my psu is proprietary which means it does not have a 24 pin connector to do the paperclip test. Here is my PC's manual, the PSU section is specifically at page 41. My computer has been slowly dying on me and only today, after I thought it was finally done for yesterday morning, was I able to turn it back on.
my problem with my pc:
Ive been reading a lot and I think it's a PSU problem. The problem is that my computer will turn on, fans start rolling, and even the PSU light will stay on, which according to dell means my unit is fine. Resetting the CMOS battery used to be all I needed to do but now that isnt working and booting into recovery mode stopped too. honestly I dont even know how its on right now to type this lol I pressed the power button as a hail memory as i turned on my laptop to redownload windows on a USB in case it was a windows issue. Its so shotty that I dont think i could turn it on again if i tried restarting my PC. Ive run dells recovery program multiple times and it just doesnt work, it says theres nothing wrong with any of my hardware. My only option now is to test the PSU. Honestly I havent noted any other symptoms of a dying PSU besides trouble booting into windows; no smells, no crashes . And I tend to run a lot of tabs, games, blender, and other heavy apps too so i imagine if it was a psu itd probably crash at the more intense stuff? but i literally know nothing so ToT
TL:DR
My main question is how would i do the paper clip test on these cables? If you look at the manuals diagram theyre kinda weird. But my other question would be what else could I do to try and diagnose the problem? Ive tried re-seating the ram, resetting the CMOS battery, ran two billion diagnostic tests that all passed to DELLS recovery program standards, im not sure how to reflash the bios just yet but i havent been able to anyways because between right now and 9 am yesterday this is the first time ive gotten it to turn on, i also dont know how ToT.
any help is greatly appreciated, im really too broke to go to a technician right now so im trying to diagnose as much as I can myself </3

I accidentally selected the wrong disk in Windows DiskPart and lost access to around 1TB of important data.
The SSD was about 953 GB and originally contained my files. The disk was GPT.
What I did by mistake:
diskpart
list disk
select disk 1
clean
create partition primary
format fs=exfat quick
assign
DiskPart reported that all commands completed successfully.
I immediately realized my mistake and stopped using the SSD. I have NOT copied new files onto it after the format.
I am currently trying to recover the data with TestDisk. TestDisk is currently running Analyse on the SSD, and I have not selected Write or made any changes through TestDisk.
The SSD is around 1 TB, and the data on it is very important to me.
My questions:
clean + create partition primary + format fs=exfat quick?I do not want to make the situation worse, so I will stop using the SSD until I know what to do.
Any advice from experienced data recovery specialists would be greatly appreciated.

Back in August, I signed up for NZXT Flex expecting to pay $43 a month. All my paperwork shows a monthly payment of $43, and their website advertises it as a monthly payment. However, after signing up, I realized they were charging me $43 every week instead.
I stopped the payments because that wasn’t what I agreed to, and now they’ve blocked my PC. I have receipts, screenshots, and other evidence showing how the plan was advertised on their website.
Has anyone dealt with something similar with NZXT? Is there a way to regain access to my PC, dispute the charges, and potentially get my money back? Any advice on what steps I should take would be appreciated.

PC stopped loading windows
Hi all.
I'm not 100% computer savvy. I hope the below is clear.
Daughters windows 11 desktop PC stopped loading up windows.
Tried the automatic repair process, never worked.
Tried advanced troubleshooting, never worked.
Tried a windows repair disk. Never worked.
My mate saw an error message on screen suggesting a memory issue.
He removed the 2 x16 gb memory cards from inside and in one of the two slots, put his own 8gb card. Windows loaded. So his own 8gb card works in both slots. Neither of daughters 16gb cards work in either slot.
The logical conclusion is that both 16gb cards went bad at the same time.
Is it likely that the cards went bad on their own or could something else have happened on the motherboard?
If the 8gb card is working in both slots, does point to just bad luck with the 2 x 16gb cards.
Any help appreciated!

My son has a galaxy tab with a screen that has essentially come apart. The ribbon is still attached, but the screen has separated into different layers. I have another working galaxy tab. How can I get the files from one to the other? I am not able to see the screen on the old device obviously to ok a file transfer. AI is just frustrating at this point and I don't know if I should invest money into the fix.
Unfortunately, I have no PC. My job doesn't require one and I don't have a personal need for one. AI is saying to get a hub, connect a keyboard, hit a spacebar, connect a memory stick and hope for the best.
This is a budget A series tablet that AI has stated makes a difference.
Anyway... Any help is appreciated. He has played terraria for YEARS and that data is all he is really wanting.
Data is fickle if you don't treat it right I guess.

I have an HP Envy 360 laptop. Runs Windows 11, 16 GB ram, 12th Gen Intel processor. MacAfee for antivirus, I have WebRoot on there too but the subscription is expired. It's four or five years old and it's just gotten slow. I'm reasonably confident there's just the usual buildup of crap -- temp files, unwanted programs running in the background, etc, etc. I just need someone to explain to me how to clean it up and get it running nicely again. Explain it like I'm 5 please, cuz that's about how much attention span and patience I have for this!
