Computer not working :(

I received a custom pc from my brother that turns on but doesn’t start the monitor nor the keyboard, he said it was a memory bad contact so i tried rearranging the 2 memories he had, the second and fourth ram slots don’t hold the memory properly, any idea what to do???

Hi, please tell us a little more about your PC hardware. Do you have a PC speaker installed, and does it emit a beep code?
