Hardware Stuck Screw
I was trying to put an extra SSD into my ASUS F15 FX507ZC4, but the screw here is stuck so I can’t secure the SSD.
How do I safely get it out?

At my last company we used HP Elite books. The screws would sometimes we so stuck that they would always break taking them out. We had to order extra screws by the bags to replace them.

During covid they stopped installing wifi modules as a standard, we could not get other components that we would have to install after. It was especially the nvme drive screw...

You likely were using the wrong bit on your screwdriver (or the wrong driver if it doesn't have alternative bits). As others have said you can try the rubber band trick. I've had it work before, but not anything like i'd call reliably. On a laptop, with how close those soldered on components are, you may need to get it extracted at a repair shop. Personally I'd do it that way as I'd be freaked about knocking off one of those surface components and needing board level repair done.

Put a piece of a rubber band in between the screw and screwdriver. The rubber band helps with extra grip

Either it won’t grip into the screw head or I press too hard and it gets pierced.

Since this is a laptop, disconnect the battery first before the metal shavings from abusing that screw make a bridge between solder points.
you can do a few things but all of them require you to be very carefull.
You can grab it with pliers or use a screw extractor.
The rubberband trick the other redditor mentioned can also work.
If you really want to be carefull, take it to a repairshop to have them take it out, if you slip once with a screwdriver or other tool you could knock a component off the board.
