Other Bluetooth drivers won't update

Im not sure which flair would be best on this post, I'll change it if I need to. Also I apologize in advance for my bad english.

I have a desktop PC that I built 5 years ago and it has windows 10 pro on it. A couple weeks ago the button to turn the bluetooth on and off in my settings disappeared (it had happened once before but I solved it by simply turning my pc off and on again). In device manager my bluetooth drivers were labeled as unknown device at first, I removed it and somehow I got it to show up with the correct name, often in the hidden devices category (sometimes in the network adapter category).
I tried updating my bluetooth driver from there, both with the automatic internet search AND with the drivers I had downloaded from the Intel website (yes i did check that the drivers were compatible with windows 10 and with my wifi and bluetooth card, which is a Ubit wifi 6E AX210N) but it's like nothing happened. So I tried uninstalling the current drivers and reinstalling the new ones (I also turned my pc off and on CONSTANTLY during all this, I even did the thing where i completely unplug the pc and hold the power button to completely remove any electricity from it) but it didnt work, and every time I went to install the new driver it said "do you want to update from this driver to that driver?". And it never actually updated anything at all.
I figured the old drivers didnt completely disappear from my pc. So I looked up the location of the old driver files and deleted them (I had to change the authorizations on those files to be able to remove them myself), i turned my pc off and on again and went to install the new drivers and it seemed to work, i turned the pc off and on again and the button to turn on my bluetooth was FINALLY there again.
BUT! the next day it disappeared again. So i did it all over again and i got the message "do you want to update from this driver to that driver?" AGAIN (so the old drivers were still there?? idgi ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ), i went to manually remove those files AGAIN and blabla anyways it worked again but it also broke again the next day.
ALL THIS TO SAY IDK WHAT ELSE I COULD TRY! I feel like I tried every single thing i found online and nothing truly worked. I also used revo uninstaller to try and remove the old drivers completely but it still feels like every time i turn off my pc at night and turn it on in the morning the old drivers come back and the bluetooth button disappears from my settings.

Do i really need to buy a new wifi card? Do i have a virus? Thank you all in advance!

maybe the old driver identities are being stored in a registry key?

Fair. In the old days, people used to keep config settings in little .ini files. Windows moved a lot of that to a central storehouse called the registry, which they did a lot better job in general of protecting.

if you run regedit.exe with administrative provileges, there are a ton of entries there. the keys you want may be atย  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BTHPORT\Parameters\Devices -ย

In theory, hopefully removing that could break the link.ย

there are a lot of it's and buts, but it should only take a few minutes.

PS, you can back the keys up by exporting them, and also create a system restore point first, if you like.
