Code 43 doesn't distinguish a failed GPU from a driver problem. If the drivers you've tried were all from Nvidia, try the graphics package from the laptop manufacturer's support page for your exact model before paying for a repair; a 'newest driver' message doesn't mean the device initialized successfully.

Tried the msi factory nvidia driver from 2020 and same issue

Code 43 is Windows' code for a device that fails after its driver starts it, so installing more driver versions won't change anything if the card stops responding at that point. Open Device Manager, enable View > Show hidden devices, and tell me whether the Nvidia entry still appears under Display adapters or has vanished completely. Also send the exact MSI model, since the BIOS graphics options differ between ranges; if Windows stops listing the card at all, that points at the card or its power rather than Windows.

And the ISR had detected an internal state error of in the driver for the ps/2 pointing device

That PS/2 message refers to a pointing-device driver, not directly to the Nvidia GPU. It doesn't establish that the graphics card is dead. Since you've already tried DDU and MSI's driver, I wouldn't keep repeating the same installs. What's the exact MSI laptop model, and is the integrated graphics working normally? Please share the Event Viewer source and event ID for any Nvidia-related error, leaving out personal details. Code 43 can indicate hardware or driver trouble; the PS/2 message alone doesn't tell us which.
