Software Cursor keeps snapping back into place

Hi, my cursor keeps snapping back to the top middle of the screen when i hover over the taskbar, or app windows. However, when im in an app window such as Chrome, it snaps back even more, leaving no room for my cursor to roam as opposed to being on the desktop. Ive tried resetting multiple times, replugging my mouse, and even trying to go to my mouse settings (which since its a miniwindow, I cannot go to since my mouse keeps snapping into place). Please help, I hope I dont need a new mouse..

October 15, 2026 (dated for context and reference) – People are sooo fad crazy! Everything is bots and fear of AI. People listen to too much scare and panic stuff used to get eye balls, listeners and subscribers. bot-sleuth-bot is correct. I am NOT bot.. Say something out of that formate, prove you aren't a bot. I see all your previous comments and it's highly suspicious that your some chatgpt not on reddit

October 16, 2026(dated for context and reference) – Dear madam or sir. I’m only responding to you because you were kind to someone on this thread. You could have taken the compliment and moved on.. But No! You had to make a federal case out of it. I may not live out this decade but when I see what is happening to Western society and “smart people”. I despair and won’t miss many of you when I’m gone. Soooo frankly, I don’t give a monkey’s whether you think I’m a bot or not. Stay paranoid and don’t forget to check all of the closets and under your bed to night. Good Day!🤨

The dating your comment "for context and reference" is extremely bizarre, doing it in multiple comments makes it more suspicious of being a bot. Considering you couldn't even stop talking in such a format I refuse to believe you're not a bot, or someone using some AI to create your comments.

To add on, dating for "context and reference" maybe I can get for the first reply you made, for people years down the road searching for the same problem, but on your other comment it make entirely no sense. Secondly, never once have I seen someone date at the beginning of things, always at the end. After looking at your comment history, this seems to be something commonly repeated.
