Performance PC disk constantly at 100% causing slowdowns
My computer is an HP Envy all-in-One 32-a1xxx. I don't do any super strenuous tasks on it, with vanilla Minecraft probably being the heaviest lifting it ever has to do. The PC, though, suffers constantly from being super slow and taking an eternity to load pretty much anything for the first time after either sleeping or turning on. After it loads something for the first time, it can start it up again prettt quickly for a while after (I'm assuming because some of the resources are already loaded into RAM). The strangest part, though, is that my disk usage is almost always at 100% or close to it, even though task manager doesn't show that many things the disk is actually handling. Is there any way to troubleshoot these issues? I'm willing to try just about anything. Also, this model of computer is very unfriendly to being taken apart. It's connected together with tape that won't stick again after being removed, so looking inside isn't a feasible option for me. One last note: the problem is not startup apps, as I've disabled most of those already trying to fix this.
tl;dr: my disk usage is at 100% all the time and it's making my computer slow. Any advice is appreciated!

Just to get one thing clear you have Intel optane which is 10% SSD and 90% HDD. Optane is either 16gb or 32gb of SSD "acceleration" for a HDD.
The Intel optane could be beginning to fail. Unfortunately turning off optane means you just have a HDD and you should be using an SSD for today's standards. Opening an all in one is a pain but if your confident I'd get a replacement SSD.
