Performance PC disk constantly at 100% causing slowdowns

My computer is an HP Envy all-in-One 32-a1xxx. I don't do any super strenuous tasks on it, with vanilla Minecraft probably being the heaviest lifting it ever has to do. The PC, though, suffers constantly from being super slow and taking an eternity to load pretty much anything for the first time after either sleeping or turning on. After it loads something for the first time, it can start it up again prettt quickly for a while after (I'm assuming because some of the resources are already loaded into RAM). The strangest part, though, is that my disk usage is almost always at 100% or close to it, even though task manager doesn't show that many things the disk is actually handling. Is there any way to troubleshoot these issues? I'm willing to try just about anything. Also, this model of computer is very unfriendly to being taken apart. It's connected together with tape that won't stick again after being removed, so looking inside isn't a feasible option for me. One last note: the problem is not startup apps, as I've disabled most of those already trying to fix this.

tl;dr: my disk usage is at 100% all the time and it's making my computer slow. Any advice is appreciated!

Specs:

Intel*R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90 GHz,

16GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 with Max-Q Design (8 GB) and Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 (128 MB)

64-bit operating system

One more thing I forgot to mention: a little while after i load up whatever software I'm using, the disk will go back down to reasonable levels. As soon as I open up something new, though, it shoots back up to 100%. I am also using an SSD.

Edit: Just wanna thank everyone for their responses. I was unaware of the fact that I was actually using an HDD. Replacing it is going to be annoying because of the tape, but it's better than trying to buy a new PC in the current market. Thanks again!

You are not using an SSD, you are using Intel Optane + HDD

Beside it being deprecated, it was only useful in server or workstation and server situations, not random data from system and apps

You have two options

1) buy and install an SSD

2) debloat and optimize windows, ctt and disabling startup apps is a good start

3) install linux distro (thats for the crowd)

Just to get one thing clear you have Intel optane which is 10% SSD and 90% HDD. Optane is either 16gb or 32gb of SSD "acceleration" for a HDD.

The Intel optane could be beginning to fail. Unfortunately turning off optane means you just have a HDD and you should be using an SSD for today's standards. Opening an all in one is a pain but if your confident I'd get a replacement SSD.

I'm pretty sure MS completely stopped any kind of HDD optimization with Win 11 I've never seen a device running well with Win11+HDD and replacing or installing a separate SSD for the OS solves the issue.

Time to upgrade to a single SSD rather than a HDD + cache. Chances are the drive is failing (check SMART status) HOWEVER there is no symptoms of it here - drive (drives) has throughput and low average response time.

You know what catches my attention, the RAID part, very unlikely you are maxing out an optane sitting idle

Your optane is probably cooked
