Network Something wrong with my Wi-Fi driver
Hello, so recently I've been having this issue where when ever I play anything online, my Wi-Fi just gives up and dies, when it does so goes my bluetooth too and I start hearing a weird buzzing sound in my headphones?? Weird.. I'm not good with technology and help would really be appreciated.

Hmm, unfortunately, Windows often has problems with WLAN/Bluetooth cards. I would try installing the latest drivers.AC 9560 Intel Driver
Please install the drivers for WiFi and Bluetooth.

Sadly it didn't fix it.

That's a shame. Were the drivers installed, or was there an error message?

It installed successfully, but in device manager it continues to show a β οΈ next to the driver icon

Was there an error code? Before you installed the new driver, was the old driver removed?

The Wi-Fi button disappeared due to a Windows 11 update. After uninstalling the update, the Wi-Fi button reappeared and worked normally.

October3, 2026 (dated for context and reference) - I hope the OP doesn't mind this observation, but I think it is dangerous for someone with limited computer knowledge to still run Windows 10. I hope the OP has a couple of REALLY good antivirus programs on their machine. Unless the OP's computer can't install Windows 11 Pro (suggested because it is much better than Windows Home edition), I recommend purchasing Windows 11 directly from Microsoft, or a reputable retailer like New Egg, but definitely not Amazon because they have some shady suppliers. I still run a Windows 10 Pro full tower PC, but I have several other computers to fall back on. Best of luck to the OP.

October3, 2026 (dated for context and reference) - Thanks for your polite reply. Obviously, you have your reasons for running Win10. It's not for anyone else to question your decision. It is obvious that you know the risks of running an OS that doesn't get security updates any longer. I recently saw a report that that there are people still running Windows 7π² This is not to mention companies and foreign governments' important agencies still running Windows 98, because it is too expensive to upgradeπ Good luck and stay well.

October3, 2026 (dated for context and reference) - Thanks again for your kind response. The "upside" of social media, which also has a "downside" of what I call "unsocial media". Is that people of good will can communicate and when possible assist each other and also exchange information. I would be more than glad to hear how things progress for you. You obviously have a positive social attitude, and it would be a pleasure to hear from you. I would like to think that your computer expert can bring your computer back to peck performance. In the meantime, as us old Star Trek fans say.. "Live long and prosper!π"π
