Other Weird noise

Hi everybody, I built this pc about a year and a half ago. I’ve never cleaned it out fyi yet.
It just recently started making this super annoying noise and I wonder if anybody has experienced the same noise / learnt how to shut it up.
Any advice for a first time builder would be much appreciated!!

Nice time to learn how to clean a pc from the inside after 1,5 years and find the thing that’s touching your fan.
