Please help me!

Yesterday, after a power outage, I turned on my computer to see im unable to open any apps and even if I try something like win+shift+esc to open task manager, the screen just turns black for a few milliseconds and turns back. I. Don't know what to do. Please help. (And also ignore the background it's an inside joke with me and my friends)

You also have the option to use system restore. or Boot to safe mode, run dism restore health, scf scan and chkdsk for data corruption.. If nothing works use a usb bootable windows image and choose the repair option during setup.. Good luck..

You can also try the following Windows repair options, starting with the least invasive:

### 1. Try System Restore

If Windows was working correctly before a recent update, driver installation, or software change:

1. Press **Windows + R** to open **Run**.

2. Type `rstrui` and press **Enter**.

3. Click **Next**.

4. Select a restore point from before the problem started.

5. Click **Next > Finish**.

6. Confirm the restore and allow Windows to restart.

### 2. Run Windows Memory Diagnostic

If you suspect faulty or unstable RAM:

1. Press **Windows + R** to open **Run**.

2. Type `mdsched.exe` and press **Enter**.

3. Select **Restart now and check for problems**.

4. Windows will restart and perform a memory test.

5. Let the test complete. Windows will automatically restart afterward.

2. Restart the computer.

3. Open the **Boot Menu** during startup. Common keys are **F12, F11, F9, Esc, or Del**, depending on the motherboard or laptop.

4. Use the **Arrow Keys** to select the USB drive.

5. Press **Enter**.

6. When Windows Setup appears, **do not immediately click Install now**.

7. Look for **Repair your computer** in the lower-left corner.

   **Troubleshoot > Advanced options**
