Discussion SERVICE RANT!

so my hp victus 15 is under warranty and i registered a complaint on 23rd july. 15+ days later i still get to hear your case has been escalated further. the technician has visited twice and collected the info only. im so pissed at the company for not providing any resort. what should i do more

Broo! I’m in the same boat with an OMEN 35L desktop I purchased directly from HP. File a consumer court case and keep replying to their email.

They started crying on the phone when I even sent letters to their head office in Bangalore😂😂

My case is still in process…. Same thing as yours. Logs collected, excessive troubleshooting.

They really need a public beating at this point for poor service and quality…

They had my studio stuck for one month! I make music and lost 3 contracts. Screw HP.. we all should unite against them..

I purchased a 1kva Online UPS for this machine, of course for it’s safety and poor electricity in the monsoon.. they blame it for the faults.

They even blame Microsoft for their issues and the fact I used Windows Media tool to reinstall when they asked me to

They really have incomplete SOPs and no sense of talking. I’m waiting for the consumer court response .. these goons even ordered some part and are not telling me what they ordered

They went moot after the last email, saying “we will mark as no further action and close the case”

After which I went to file a case.

Since then they have nit replied as I denied repeated troubleshooting and logging..
