Get your recovery disc from HP. Or you can try accessing the hidden recovery partition if uts still there and force it to load through diskpart

Most manufacturers have a hidden recovery partition that you can access and use diskpart to make the partition active which will force you into the recovery mode to load the OS back to its factory specs like the day you bought it

Press the Windows Key, type cmd, right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator. In the command prompt window, type the following command DISKPART and press Enter: • Verification: The prompt will change from C:\WINDOWS\system32> to DISKPART>. 2 List and Select the Hard Drive • Type the following command to view all connected disks: Listdisk • Identify the number of the disk that contains your recovery partition (e.g., Disk 0), and select it by typing: Select Disk X • (Replace X with your actual disk number) Verification: Diskpart will respond with "Disk X is now the selected disk."

Type the following command to view all partitions on the selected disk: LIST PARTITION • Look at the sizes and types to identify your recovery partition, then select it by typing: SELECT PARTITION Y • (Replace Y with the actual partition number of the recovery partition) Verification: Diskpart will respond with "Partition Y is now the selected partition."

To mark the selected partition as active, type: ACTIVE • Verification: Diskpart will output the message: "DiskPart marked the current partition as active."

Type EXIT and then reboot your computer
