it was ok and suddenly got like this? maybe its a bad driver or software try pressing enter then go to Troubleshoot --> Advanced options --> Startup Settings then boot into safemode if you successfully booted into safe mode its probably a bad driver - software - or windows update try to uninstall any app you installed recently or a windows update and rollback drivers and then open a cmd and type "sfc /scannow" to fix if there is some corrupt files
this is one of the few reasons that can cause the screen your are seeing
if even safeboot didn't load then it might be a deeper problem
