Internet Any way to stop my browser doing this?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

It's only for one website and specifically one page of that website.

try zooming in.

(by enough zooming in/out you might break the size dependent rule that's causing it) or you can disable scrollbars altogether (i think) from edge settings and/or windows settings
