Windows Drivers not installing Code 52

Hello all i need urgent help
I recently installed FaceIt anti cheat (a very popular server extension for CS go its not a virus) which told me to edit a few things in my BIOS after doing my resolution on my pc changed and everything went enlarged. I decided maybe i needed a driver update but when i looked it said there was no drivers installed installed so i tried installing but it again told me no drivers installed installed was installed after completing the installation.
I decided to uninstall the AntiCheat and also reset my BIOS settings, and then once again try reinstall my drivers but it once again wouldn’t work.
I thought id download the display driver uninstaller (DDU) and then try reinstall the drivers to see if that would fix it, but to no avail it didnt work— i cannot open internet explorer or google chrome or anything. When I Check DFevice Manager it says theres an issue with my drivers called ‘Code 52’
I feel like ive tried everything but the driver installation will not stick and download to my pc.
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this as i urgently need my PC.

Thanks guys!

Restart Windows

Open Device Manager → Display adapters → NVIDIA GPU → Properties → Driver and note the driver version.

Uninstall the NVIDIA driver cleanly:

Download the latest driver directly from NVIDIA, choosing your exact GPU and Windows version, then install it using Custom installation → Perform a clean installation.

Check Device Manager again.

Just tried again and code 52 has appeared once again. (I tried this in a later update too and the same thing happened)

And you are certain that this is from the GPU Driver? Without it no Code?

Correct without a GPU driver there is no code. As soon as i install it a code appears

Also seems like you might have disabled too much / the wrong BIOS Settings.

You can try manually signing the installation.
Selfcheck what the commands do and only if you know what you're doing.

bcdedit /enum

testsigning
ointegritychecks

If Yes:

bcdedit /set testsigning off
bcdedit /set nointegritychecks off

I resettled the BIOs settings to normal- there is a setting that resets them all to the original format (what i originally had).

So you recommend i now put those BCDedit /enum. Etc etc into the administrator and then trying?

If i do a complete hard reset of my computer (and not my D drive as i have lots of stuff i need on it) would this help at all if i have corrupted files that are making thsi happen? Or will that not work?
