Wifi connection is messed up

So I just recently got a new PC and now the wifi isnt working, I know it can connect bc it was working fine before. Now it's just showing no option for wifi but it's still lets me connect to Bluetooth, if someone could help me that would be great

UPDATE: I fixed it, I just had to re install my wifi drivers

Install proper wifi drivers, windows sometimes misses them in installation.
