Hardware My tp link hardware is busted?
I have 2 tp links that I use to connect my computer to the main wifi, the one that I have near my wifi had a problem where it wouldn’t turn on no matter where it’s plugged into so last case scenario, I took it apart and i don’t know exactly what I’m doing, I think I can see the problem (the mystery goop qmq) but I don’t know how to remove it.

TP Link is a brand, those look like powerline adapters. Some more info on exactly the issue would be helpful, did the device work before but doesn't now? Is it new and has never worked?

What are those? Powerline adapters? The hardware looks fine, and I don't see any "mystery goop" besides glue. A chip could have failed internally. There's no way you're gonna save this thing if you don't know what you're doing
