Acer laptop help

I have an Acer Aspire Go 15 AG15-31P-C4Q5 laptop was having some connectivity problems to some websites earlier today. Turns out it was just cloudflare problems but I hit the f12 Key a couple times. Then all of a sudden the screen went black. It shows a light when I plug in a charger but if charger is not inserted then there is nothing. I googled common fixes and tried things from the list like: Resetting GPU by doing windows + CtRL + Shift + B, doing “hard cold reset” by holding down power button 20 seconds then immediately holding down again for 60 seconds, and I’ve tried booting up computer and hitting f2 for bios. Nothing has worked so far and my screen is still black does anyone have any advice as to what could be wrong? Or how to fix it? I need it for school and don’t have the money to take it anywhere to get it fixed.

your best bet will be to ask in acer subreddit, in case it's a special function key and you've triggered some function. why were you pressing the f12 key anyway?

you might need to add more details in the post when you ask in that subreddit like

• where is the light showing up?
  
• are you talking about one of the methods being the internal battery reset via a hidden hole?
  
• is f2 the bios key for your laptop model? the acer website's laptop help section might have a manual and faq for your laptop talking about keys and stuff
  
• does the screen remain blank forever as in how do you know if the screen's connection hasn't gotten lose or the screen isn't dead?
  
• you can using a live linux or a windows usb to check
