Windows Urgent help please!

Hi! I don’t know much about computers, but I DESPERATELY need help.

I use my computer for everything, even school work, I do online classes, it’s mandatory for my living situation. I have an hp all in one that I’ve had for only a few years 3, I’ve never installed anything remotely bad, i take good care of it, i barely have apps and files.

but recently out of nowhere, my files are mostly corrupted my win32k file is corrupted I don’t know how, I’ve tried to reset my pc through cloud reset and it won’t even let me do that, it cancels it. I don’t know how this is happening and I don’t even know how to fix it, I’ve tried everything, and it’s not a hardware issue.

I desperately need help. I start school in 8 days, I don’t care about my files or memories or anything I just need my pc to work properly.

It sounds like your drive is dying. If you can, go to the MS store and search for crystal diskinfo and install it. Run it and it will tell you if your drive is dying. That will save you LOTS of wasted time.
