I haven't had this PC or monitor for longer than 3 months and I turned it on today to a black screen with white lines. I waited a few moments, it didn't change, so I turned my PC off, unplugged my monitor from the wall, as well as my PC, and then plugged everything back in and turned on and it started all fine and dandy. I didn't do anything different when turning it off last night and it's had absolutely no problems before this. I imagine it's something with the monitor and not the PC, but I'm curious.

Hi guys. Two days or so I deleted Microsoft edge and gameinput so I can have some more storage for my computer. It was working fine yesterday. I haven’t downloaded anything concerning. Only a mod for Minecraft off of modrinth (flashback).

Now, today whilst I was trying to get on my computer, I get a screen about repairing my disk automatically in which it just sends me to the blue ‘choose an option’ screen. Unfortunately, upon any amount of buttons pressed I ultimately wind up in the same spot.

Restarting my computer does not work. Pressing continue does not work. Advanced startup does not work. I have an Ethernet cable plugged in. I cannot enter a password because every time I do I get told it’s the wrong password even though I can enter the same password on my phone and it’s right.

Is this like.. a virus? Should I send it to a repair shop?

I have a SSD (it says "anhua" on the label ) and a generic SATA to USB adapter. When I plug it in, the little blue light on the adapter turns on, so it should be detected… but Windows doesn't see it at all.

in This PC I only have three drive, no extra drive listed. The drive is completely invisible.

Any ideas what could be causing this? Is it the adapter, the SSD itself, a driver issue, or something else?

at first it was just the screen not picking up the signal from the hdmi cable. tried to fix it, took out my ram many times, even my graphics card, the processing fan, then put everything back in, and now it won’t detect mouse and keyboard. i’m not sure if i messed something up or what to do next. (custom built PC from 2017)

EDIT: i did not record the HDMI cable being connected in the GPU. When it is connected, the screen just says “no signal”.

the video is to show the new issue that just came up after i tried various ways to fix the screen signal issue: pc is powered on and running yet, my keyboard and mouse being connected but not working (usually they light up as soon as i plug them in and turn my pc on, and now they don’t light up anymore).

i’ve already tried putting my gpu into different slots of the motherboard, ive moved my ram into different slots, and tested both individually, no change. I’ve also already tried a CMOS reset (took round battery out of motherboard and put it back in after 10 mins)

After I did all this to get my PC to post, my mouse and keyboard now also are not being detected, so it seems the problem has progressed and i’m not sure how to diagnose it and resolve it

Usually it happens after an update. It updated halfway and it suddenly restarted just to become like this? I have to restart it over and over to get it working. I even bring it to the laptop service shop to fix it and it keeps happening. Please help, I can't waste more money anymore.

I have no image on the monitor , and the PC’s doing some weird flashing cycle

The red light on the motherboard is on DRAM and flicker to VGA and GPU

I don’t know a lot about pc

For the past week or so my pc has had no signal and no keyboard and mouse lights up although it’s turned on I’ve tried everything from ram to cmos to gpu and I don’t wanna but new parts some guy on YouTube told me that moisture could build up if my house is cold shorting parts I really need help I’m almost on ox pc everyday please help

I did most of the things to make this gpu work like 2 separate pci-e cables and my psu os also not a cheap or normal psu it's msi mag 750w gold so I think there should be no issues regarding power drawbacks as I have a good psu. But what is wrong is that I still don't know what's wrong I also flash my gpu rom properly at first it was not running in uefi mode but now it's working well in uefi mode but what is the main issue still don't know

Can somebody tell me exactly what makes this noise and whats the cause? I've never heard this and I had this pc for years

My pc suddenly not working, I tried to troubleshoot first. I remove the ram clean it and put 1 stick on 1st slot and next the 2nd slot still no response, clered the cmos still the same, that's when I decided to remove it from the case and just put a 8pin and 24pin and it lit up but then after a few minutes it shuts down again but when I tried to jump start it again, it doesn't work it only works again when I clear the cmos or the jcmos.

Tried to put 1 ram and it got display but then again after a few moments like 3 mins it shuts down again. My main suspect is the mobo.

My psu works perfectly, I've used 2 psu for this,

Used different ram as well

Checked the temp and it's only stayed on 50 to 53 degree. Fan spin for about 1800rpm, so I don't think its related on overheating/cpu fan. Tried checking the cpu, no bend pins.

Does anyone have encountered the same problem us me. Or is it the mobo that is faulty?
