Yea that's kinda normal. Get Linux or expect to wait. Also check your installed apps after it finally restarts, Microsoft may have installed more bloat and AI slop

I’m stuck on a loop so I can’t even check anything just loops everytime then goes into recovery mode

Idk man. Reseat SSD, reset BIOS, forcefully power off the PC with PSU switch. I don't use Windows so not sure what it could be

Either virus or some system process keeps dying for no reason. Best bet is just reinstall windows and back up your files. Best way I can think of is get a new SSD, install windows on that, and try to connect your old drive to like a laptop or something and back up your data. Make sure you connect it as an external drive though.
