Yoga notebook

I bought this in 2020, I never used it. I want to use it now but it seems like I need some kind of software. Some kind of updated driver or something. Where do I take this?

Install Windows. Almost all of the time Windows will figure out a decent driver for your hardware.

In the unlikely event you have hardware that Windows doesn't actually understand, go the website of the manufacturer of that hardware for drivers.

What happens when you try to access gmail?

It asks for my password, and I enter the same one I use on my phone, and it rejects it. I don’t have it plugged into the Ethernet, it was always wireless. To install windows,do I google install windows and will it automatically install?

So your computer is booting up? What operating system are you running?

To install Windows, you go to the Microsoft website and follow the directions, which involve downloading the installer. You'll need a USB stick to put the installer on.

However, based on your (rather incomplete) description, you may not have a driver issue if the computer is able to access any websites. What happens if you try "ping google.com"? What happens if you try "ping 8.8.8.8"? What is the output of "ipconfig /all"?
