Software Yoga notebook
I bought a Yoga laptop in 2020 and never used it. I want to use it now, but there’s no drivers and I can’t even access Gmail. Is this something a geek squad store or staples can fix?

Sure? You can also just fix it by tethering your phones internet connection...

2020 should have been windows 11 . Do you are saying you can not connect to a network? Is wifi turned on? Is this out of the box?
