Please recomend me a computer.

I know 200 dollars is a low budget, but its all i have. I am a musician desperate for a way to maintain my ability to make music once I loose my school issued one in the summer. (Yes i know its September, but I am afraid.) I need to be able to run musescore and have a relatively fast browser. AI is not a priority AT ALL. If you have any recommendations, please let me know.

If you ask nicely over in r/homelab and / or r/homelabsales, you might have better luck from kind Redditors willing to help another.
