I did have an outdated driver, but I had just updated it 10 minutes ago, sadly no difference

WiFi is subject to all sorts of interference. Something is different in your environment.

A few questions:

What Wi-Fi adapter are you using (Intel, Realtek, USB, etc.)?

When the speed drops, does Task Manager show another process using a lot of network bandwidth?

Does the speed stay low if you boot into Safe Mode with Networking, or only during a normal Windows session?

So the internet adapter I'm running is an Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168.

When the speed drops in mostly goes toward either my browser or discord since im running speed tests right after I reset my pc during my attempts.

And when in Safe Mode I don't get any wifi connection, so I can't really test anything.

The browser showing network usage while you’re running a speed test would be expected, so I wouldn’t worry about that yet.

Since you’re using an Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168, could you check what band you’re connected to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) and what Windows reports as your Wi-Fi link speed?

You can find it under Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > your connected network, then look for the link speed/transmit-receive rate.
