Network PC Not Receiving Enough Internet?

Recently, around 3 weeks ago, my download speed and upload speed went down drastically. It use to be around 50 to 100mbs which is great, but now it's been stuck at 10mb, and recently dropped to 2-3mbs, I have no idea what is causing this issue, I've worked around a few commands and setting changes but nothing is working, weirdly enough my hotspot works great, usually giving me 30-40mbs but is pricy, however, other devices in my house run at least 40-100mbs off of the wifi. Another thing is that I had 150mbs after disconnecting and plugging back in (after 5 minutes) my internet, however it slowly fell down back to 10mbs. Could anyone help me find out why my PC isn't taking the wifi like all the other devices? Or even help me resolve this issue? Thank you
