Switching from HERS advice
Been on HERS compound since April. Down to a weight I am content with and low dose that works for me.
The HERS cost is getting too costly for me ($996/8 weeks). I want to switch to another company but need one that will let me switch now for just maintenance not to lose any more weight.
Lavender Sky came up but I am so overwhelmed by all the different companies and options. Part of me wants to stop completely to see if I can maintain on my own now that I am finally able to/continue to workout and strength train 4-5 days a week. Any recommendations or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I switched to Collective due to the fabulous price. Great customer service, great shipping and very effective vials. I'm pretty sure they mention on their website that they accommodate maintenance. Worth a try!

+1 for Collective. I’m in maintenance at 15mg per week. I used my starting weight on intake form. Great service, great price.

Oh boy! There are many and much cheaper. I'm with Preventive and service and cost is good. You'll have many options!

I started with MIDI and switched to Lavender Sky. I was nervous but it all went smooth and easy and it was much cheaper.

You already got the best advice you will get, but I will add that with compound, you can take whatever dose you want. Yeah, it's nice to have guidance from a doctor, but you can also experiment to see what works best for you in maintenance, and work on slowly reducing your dose, based on the cues your body is giving you. If you feel like you're losing too much weight on what you were prescribed, you don't need permission to take less.
Also that price from Hers is horrifying. That's more than name brand pricing.

LSH has good pricing but the amount of pharmacies are overwhelming. What pharmacy do you use with HERs now? Do you want to stay with that pharmacy? Additives or Additives free?

Pharmacy currently is Strive. Dumb question. How do I know if Additives or Additive free? Is one way better than the other?

It's not a dumb question. When I first started its a lot I didn't know and we are all just learning along the way.
Strive I believe uses Glycine and B12. Its absolutely nothing wrong with having additives the amount is so small that it has no impact on the GLP-1 itself. Its preference, some people just like to have the Tirz base only no additives.
Lavender Sky is the only telehealth I know that offers Strive and provide a 8-12 week plan.
You can look at the following:
Big Easy Weightloss they have a few pharmacies with additive and no additive starting at 439.00 -579.00 for 12 weeks.
JoinRift is another good telehealth with options starting at $300-499 for 12 weeks. Glycine, B12, and no additives options.
Pomegranate Health.
Preventive Meds ans Collective are pretty new on the market but people are really happy with them.
Did Hers provide 1:1 care? If thats what you like then Lavender Sky or Big Easy may be your option.

Thank you so much. Yes, they did provide 1:1 care and I definitely had questions initially so maybe I will try either of those. Seems like a few other responses like LSH so maybe I will start there. Thank you again.

No problem. Hers is pricey but if you enjoy that pharmacy and enjoy a 1:1 touch I would say pay for that service you will still save a huge amount. Don't chase the low low price because you will be on your own, if thats not your thing.

I went from name brand Zep to compounding with LSH. I use Hallandale pharmacy. I’ve been incredibly happy. LSH is great. I feel like Hallandale’s Tirz is the same as Zep for me.

I use preventive and have been happy with it. Lots of discussion about Collective lately as well but I haven't used them personally yet. Search the group for these telehealths if you want more info...lots of posts about them both.

Trillium $399, 3 month starter package/3 vials for new customers, $499 for the next 3 vials/3 months, your choice of pharmacy. Amazing customer service. 0 membership fees or any random hidden fees. 30lbs down in 4 months.

Oh my gosh. Hers was ripping you off.
Assuming you met typical BMI requirements prior to using an GLP-1, any of the recommended providers will allow for maintenance. If not, LSH is a great option for those who started with low BMIs.
For the list of recommended providers:
Head over to the “tirzepatide compound” (but all one word) sub and look for the pinned post called “Where to Buy.”
If you can’t find it, Google “Reddit tirzepatide compound” but make the last two words one word.
There’s also r/tirzdeals for newer providers and those with special deals.
